Lockdown in the UK has got us all spending more time at home. In our free time away from work we both love to bake and make yummy stacks to help us get through the long days so we thought we’d share our favourite banana bread recipe!
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
175g Caster Sugar
2 Ripe Bananas
225g Self-Raising Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
Here is the method:
1.) Turn on your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
2.) Get a loaf tin and grease the sides with butter
3.) Mix the Butter and Sugar together until smooth and then add in the eggs.
4.) Add the flour and baking powder and mix with an electric whisk, blender or spoon if you don’t have any of these.
5.) Add the banana and mix together. You can cut a banana in half and keep some more for the top as decoration if you like.
6.) Put all the ingredients in the loaf tin and bake for 1 hour!
