Tell us a little about Botanics?
Botanics uses powerful plant extracts to deliver holistic skincare benefits. Plants are in our DNA!

What inspires your products?
We’re inspired by all things botanical! We’re proud of our formulations which are great for your skin and great for mother nature, formulated without parabens, phthalates, SLS and mineral oils. Our ingredients are selected for their individual skincare benefits such as brightening hibiscus and hydrating clary sage.

You state that your products are sustainably sourced, can you expand on this?
We ensure the traceability of our natural ingredients and plant extracts, our cotton is Fairtrade and our cardboard packaging and wood accessories are FSC certified.

We particularly like your biodegradable face wipes, do you ever think you will produce further products that are biodegradable and or its packaging?
This is something we are working on!

What Botanics products are the best to prepare for summer?
Our All Bright range is great for boosting radiance ahead of the summer months. Our Radiance Balm is great for achieving a summer glow. We also love a hydration spritz in the sun, our Organic Toning Spritz can be applied over makeup and is perfect for on the go.

What do you think of Tucca Swim’s new Eco-Friendly Swimwear Collection?
We will certainly be sporting it by the pool on our holidays this year! We think it’s so important to support brands who are doing their bit for the planet, just like we are.

Thank you Botanics for letting us interview you! We are so happy to hear that biodegradable packaging is something you’re looking into. It’s great to see companies finding alternatives to single use plastics.
